FILM SYNOPSIS

France 2007 | Run time: 4 min. | Director: Laurie Thinot

A crudely animated dystopia where scribbles and cutouts eat and purge inside a machine meant to generate human communication - but which fails miserably in light of the humans' dependence on symbols to convey meaning in lieu of articulation and emotion. Long live handmade 2-D animation!
