Brief Summary
Four buxom ladies head out to the country for some good old-fashioned naked lesbian Wiccan frolicking. The locals who bust in on their retreat quickly regreet their imposition when the witching hour arrives.

Full Description
There are horror films that use subtle tones to quietly create a delicate atmosphere of sinister darkness and understated but all-encompassing evil. And then there's the kind with lots of gratuitous nudity and drippy, squirty guts.

WICKED LAKE is the story of four big-city lesbian witches at all-out war with the horniest inbred males that the backwoods have ever spawned...

We'll let you guess which category this one falls under.

The film's four leading ladies are content to spend the weekend relaxing and honing their sorcery in the cradle of Mother Nature. Unfortunately, they've also unwittingly bewitched the local yokels, who are all too excited to welcome the nubile troupe with a very impolite brand of down-home hospitality. But when the girls are violated, they strike back with a vicious force beyond human comprehension, creating a brutal whirlwind of occult retribution that tears through their unsuspecting enemies like a cannibalistic atom bomb.

In addition to the spellcasting leads, WITCH LAKE also features appearances from genre favorites Tim Thomerson (NEAR DARK, TRANCERS) and Austin's own Angela Bettis (MAY, ROMAN), as well as an original score from industrial metal pioneer Al Jourgensen of Ministry.

Supernatural, sexual and bursting with unapologetically offensive shocks, this unhinged organ-grinder is said to actually push feral filmmaking beyond its limits (which is no easy feat in the modern age of severe cinema). Director Passero is a filmmaker/animator with an impressive resume in the low-budget horror world, and this ambitious mixture of black magic, deranged hillbillies, torture, vengeance and missing clothing is easily his most riveting project to date.
